AW Precision LLC: Investing for Tomorrow

As part of its ambitious growth plans AW Precision LLC is expanding its USA customer base. This follows an investment program which has seen capital investment in new high tech machine tools for its Greendale, Wisconsin based manufacturing facility.

Results of this investment can been seen throughout the factory from the latest cnc punch grinder with automated feed and inspection, wire EDM, in house heat treatment and refurbished offices along with a major stock program to reduce lead times on standard and custom punches and buttons.

Additional orders have been placed for robot feed CNC centerless grinding and high speed hard turning machines to further increase AW Precision’s capacity.

The company which manufactures punches and die buttons for the press tool industry in both North America and Europe have also introduced team based working practices and their highly skilled work force boast high levels of experience and expertise, in excess of 70% of their skilled work force have been train internally.

New punches and die buttons will be featured in AW Precision’s latest punch and die button catalog which is due for publication in November this year.

It is AW Precision’s aim to attain recognition as one of the worlds leading manufacturers of standard, custom punches and buttons for the press tool and metal stamping industries.
