Sales Estimator /Customer Services.

To provide quotations to customers based on requests sent via email, fax, post or verbal

Provide full pre and post sales support to customers either by Quotations, Sales Orders or Post Sales Support

Responsibility for answering telephone calls for all customer enquiries.

Communicate to suppliers for information to fulfil customer's enquiries for both pre and post sales.

Maintain a consistent level of service for customers at all times.

Effectively process customer telephone, fax or email orders

In-House training program on our full product range including a technical understanding of the range and its application

This role would suit someone with an understanding of engineering principles but not essential

Computer literacy would be required for the role and an understanding of Microsoft Office although not essential as full training will be provided in house.

To undertake any additional duties as the role might require.

The hours of work for this position will be
08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday
08:30 – 16:00 Friday
