Internal Admin Clerk.
Provide full post sales support to our internal sales team
Responsibility for answering telephone calls and distribute to internal personnel as required.
Loading on of written sales orders onto our Sage system
Raising purchase orders to fulfil customer orders
Filing of completed and in process sales orders
Filing of invoices ready to post to customers
Computer literacy would be required for the role and an understanding of Microsoft Office although not essential as full training will be provided in house.
To undertake any additional duties as the role might require.
The hours of work for this position will be 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:00 Friday
